Cain 999 Tax Plan

Cain was a candidate for the 2012 U.S. Republican Party presidential nomination. His advocacy on behalf of the 9–9–9 Plan made him a front-runner during the fall of 2011. However, allegations of sexual misconduct eventually led to him suspending his campaign on December 3, 2011. Or maybe it was due to this? :)
